Seaglimpse is a fully furnished detached property consisting of a kitchen, dining room, lounge, three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and toilet. The modern kitchen is complete with all untensils for 6. The lounge has two sofas and for entertainment a 32" LCD TV, digital TV, DVD player, CD player, Sony iPod / radio player, laptop and a wireless router to connect your own devices are all provided. Unlimited adsl 2+ internet and phone line rental are included along with all linen, towels and bedding. The bedding arrangements consists of a queen bed, a double bed and a single bed with trundle so 6 people can easily be accommodated. Seaglimpse is fully secure and enclosed it also has a safe for personal belongings. The garden is equipped with a gas barbecue, outside seating and a 6ft enclosed trampoline. A high chair, two car seats (infants and booster), a childs bike, scooter and childrens toys are also at the property.

Location

Seaglimpse is located in the seaside suburb of Seacliff.  It is a two minute walk to the train station for the train into Adelaide (25 minutes) and three minutes to the child friendly Seacliff beach and Seacliff Hotel.  Located in the immediate area and easily reached by bus or train is the Marion shopping centre.  A local shop, post office, supermarket, doctors and dentist are within walking distance as is Seacliff primary school and kindergarten.

Information / Tariff

Seaglimpse is available on long or short term lease. Please email to check availability a two week deposit will be required to secure the booking. The booking is not secured until a deposit has been recieved. This can be paid by bank transfer, pay pal or cash. 

Weekly tariff (including all bills except phone call charges) is $625.00
